Well, folks, if you have the Droid 2 and you didn't get the OS OTA update from VZW, you should be getting it today (or you got it last night).
From my experience, it does make my battery last MUCH longer; yesterday, I was only down to 60% when I went to bed, vs. having to recharge at 4pm every day. So far, I'm happy.
Motorola Droid 2 owners should be seeing an OTA update being pushed to their phone, which brings build number 2.3.20.en.US. Owners who have not already automatically received this should check for it manually by going to “Settings > About > System Updates” on their device.
We’re not entirely sure what this update brings, so we’ll do our best to dig up a changelog for y’all. Stay tuned.
